Where do we learn the path of life?

I have always had a love for the English language.  I may not show it… or particularly know it… but I do love it.  I think I love words so much because Jesus called Himself the Word.
But one thing I often do is take liberty in my grammar.  I use the … maybe when I shouldn’t.  Or ignore common grammatical rules and use italics instead of quotes.
But this liberty can be eye opening.
Especially when trying to answer the question, “Where do we learn the path of life?”
God shows us.   But we only see it if we take some grammatical liberty, considering that there was no punctuation on the original languages of the Bible.
Just remove the colon (:) from the below verse.
Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore.” Psalm 16:11
Read it this way…
Thou wilt shew me the path of life in thy presence…”
If we want to know the path of life… we need to get into the presence of God.  We need to spend time in His presence… to soak it up, to receive it.
And then we have the fullness of joy and the pleasures evermore, not because of what we do… but because of where we are.
In His presence.
Get into it.
